| Obverse description | Helmeted head of Athena facing right, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with strong relief and detailed musculature. The goddess wears a Corinthian helmet pushed back on the head, adorned with a prominent crest and cheek guards. Wavy hair flows freely beneath the helmet along the neck. The portrait is naturalistic and finely engraved, with sharply defined facial features characteristic of the Pamphylian die-cutting tradition. The field is plain and unlettered. |
