Obverse description Laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with richly detailed hair falling in long locks behind the neck. The laureate wreath is depicted with naturalistic leaf detail, and the facial features display the idealized, youthful god with a sensitively modeled profile. The field is plain, with no visible legend or inscription on the obverse.

Reverse description Apollo Grynios standing right in full figure, extending a phiale in his raised right hand and holding a filleted laurel branch in his left. The ethnic inscription MYPINAIΩN appears to the left of the figure, accompanied by a monogram also to the left. At the feet of Apollo rest an omphalos and an amphora, symbols associated with the god's oracular cult at Grynion. The entire composition is enclosed within a laurel wreath border, a hallmark of the Myrina civic coinage of this period.
