| Obverse description | Laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with long, elaborately arranged hair falling in thick, wavy locks behind the neck. The laurel wreath is depicted with careful detail, its leaves clearly articulated across the crown of the head. The facial features are idealized, with a straight nose, full lips, and a smooth, youthful countenance characteristic of Apollo iconography on late Hellenistic Ionian coinage. No legend appears in the field. |

| Reverse description | Apollo Clarius depicted standing to the right, holding a filleted branch in his extended left hand while his right hand rests upon a lyre set on a low base beside him. The figure is rendered in a calm, hieratic posture befitting the cult image of the Clarian sanctuary. The entire composition is enclosed within a circular laurel wreath border. The ethnic legend ΚΟΛΟΦΩΝΙΩΝ appears within the wreath, identifying the issuing city of Kolophon in Ionia. |
