| 正面描述 | Janiform jugate heads of a bearded male (Zeus) facing left and a female (Hera) facing right, both laureate and sharing a common wreath of laurel or olive across the top; the male head is rendered with deeply modelled curling beard and hair, while the female head displays delicate classical features with hair drawn back. The double-headed design reflects the distinctive and archaic iconographic tradition of Tenedos. No legend appears on the obverse. The high-relief portraiture demonstrates accomplished Hellenistic die-cutting. |

| 背面描述 | A labrys (double axe) set vertically on a handle at centre, flanked by various symbols: to the left a bunch of grapes and the magistrate's monogram ΠΑ in the lower left field, to the right two pine cones and a six-pointed star, all within a wreath of olive or laurel branches encircling the entire reverse field. The ethnic legend ΤΕΝΕΔΙΩΝ arches across the upper field above the axe. The labrys is the principal civic emblem of Tenedos, and the encircling wreath provides a formal decorative border characteristic of late Hellenistic island coinage. |
