Obverse description Laureate head of Zeus facing right, rendered in bold high relief with a thick, curling beard and flowing hair crowned by an oak wreath. The facial features display a strong, mature profile typical of late Hellenistic die-cutting, with deeply incised eye and well-modelled cheekbone. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, with the portrait occupying the majority of the field. No legend appears on the obverse.
