附加信息	Pellene was the easternmost of the twelve Achaean cities, perched in the hills above the Corinthian Gulf, and its bronze coinage is among the scarcest municipal issues from the region. The city's political allegiances shifted repeatedly during the fourth century — allied with Sparta, then courted by Macedon — and its mint output reflects those interruptions. BCD Peloponnesos 592 is a sparsely represented type; the BCD collection itself contained only a handful of Pellenean bronzes across all varieties.
