| Reverse description | A large spreading oak tree — the della Rovere dynastic emblem — dominates the field, its branches laden with acorn-bearing foliage rendered in fine detail. At the base of the tree, a panoramic landscape is depicted with small architectural structures, towers, and figures distributed across the exergual zone, evoking the towns and territories of the duchy. The legend FERETRIA, flanked by a pellet stop on each side, appears along the lower edge within a beaded border, referencing the Montefeltro title and the ancient Roman deity Jupiter Feretrius, patron of the della Rovere. |
