| Opis rewersu | Central field bearing a multi-line Arabic legend arranged in horizontal registers within a circular inner border, conveying the Shahada or royal titulature in a bold, upright Kufic-influenced hand typical of Timurid silver coinage. The inscription occupies the greater part of the field, with individual lines separated by ruled horizontal divisions. A marginal legend in cursive Arabic script encircles the central text between two concentric border lines, partially obscured by the irregular flan edge and weak peripheral strike. The composition is characteristic of the epigraphic reverse type employed at the Yazd mint during AH 797–799, with no figural or ornamental devices present. |
