The eagle is rendered in the late Gothic hammered style typical of the Sigismund I coinage. Surrounding the central device is a beaded inner circle, with a circular Latin legend reading SIGISMVN REX POLO TOC (Sigismundus Rex Poloniae Totius) running along the outer border. |
