Studentski centar u Zagrebu operated a network of student dining halls, cultural venues, and hostels under the University of Zagreb — a state-subsidized infrastructure that required its own internal scrip to manage meal entitlements separately from general cash flow. These vouchers circulated only within SC facilities and had no value outside them, which means survival rates depend almost entirely on whether students bothered to keep unspent ones. Most didn't.
