Reverse description A stylized horse shown in profile moving to the left, with its head turned back toward the viewer in a characteristic Gaulish numismatic convention. The body of the horse is rendered in abstract, linear form with slender, elongated legs. Above the horse, a prominent leaf or branch motif with herringbone cross-hatching fills the upper field, flanked by sinuous curvilinear lines. The surrounding field is decorated with a border of large globular pellets arranged in an arc, a hallmark of the Leuci coinage series. Additional pellets and annulets are scattered in the lower field, contributing to the densely ornamented reverse composition typical of eastern Gaulish staters.
