Reverse description A large Kantharos (two-handled wine vessel) depicted in profile at center, its volute handles rising elegantly above the rim and its foot resting on a raised base line. To the left of the vessel, a bunch of grapes is visible in the lower field. The magistrate's name is inscribed in two parts flanking the lower portion of the kantharos, reading TI to the left and MI to the right in archaic Greek letters. The composition is set within a shallow incuse square with slightly curved sides, characteristic of Boeotian stater reverses of this era.
