Obverse description Diademed and draped bust of Rhescuporis II facing right, rendered in the local Bosporan style within a denticled border. The royal effigy is depicted with characteristic portraiture of the Bosporan dynastic coinage. A symbol — either absent or a trident — appears in the field before the bust. The encircling Greek legend names the king in the genitive case.
