| Obverse description | Convex struck surface exhibiting the characteristic domed or boss-like form of the Regenbogenschüsselchen (rainbow cup) type, with a faintly discernible torque or arc motif rendered in highly abstracted Celtic style. The raised, globular field is largely plain and unadorned, consistent with the VA type classification. The irregular flan displays the typical surface texturing and flow lines inherent to hammered Celtic gold coinage. No legend or inscription is present, in keeping with the aniconic tradition of the Vindelici tribe. |
