Reverse description An eagle displayed with spread wings stands facing, head turned to the right, rendered in bold high relief typical of Pontic and North Black Sea coinage. The Greek legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ arcs along the upper field, while ΦΑΡΖΟΙΟΥ is arranged in two lines across the lower field flanking the eagle's body, and the abbreviation ΟΛ appears to the right, denoting Olbia as the issuing city. The composition follows the established iconographic tradition of royal Sarmatian coinage imitating late Hellenistic prototypes. The reverse field shows characteristic die-cutting irregularities consistent with hand-hammered production.
