| Reverse description | Athena Nikephoros seated left on a throne, her right hand extended forward holding a small Nike who faces left and crowns the royal name, her left arm resting on a large round shield set against the throne. The goddess wears a crested helmet and drapery rendered in flowing folds; a long spear leans diagonally behind her in the left field. The legend BAΣIΛEΩΣ runs downward along the right field and ΛYΣIMAXOY downward along the left field, with the civic control mark KOI inscribed in the lower exergual area beneath the throne, identifying this issue as a product of Odessos. |
