| 背面描述 | Nike, the goddess of victory, standing left in a three-quarter pose, her wings spread behind her. In her extended right hand she holds a wreath, and in her left hand a stylis (naval standard or ship's sternpost). A cornucopiae appears in the lower left field as a mint control symbol. The reverse legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs vertically along the right field, identifying the issue as struck in the name of Alexander. The design is executed in the refined Hellenistic style characteristic of the Magnesia ad Maeandrum mint. |

Struck at Magnesia ad Maeandrum in the years immediately following Alexander's death in Babylon, this stater falls within the contested period when his generals were nominally issuing coinage in his name while the empire fractured around them. Magnesia was an active mint during Alexander's lifetime and continued production under the authority of the regent Antipater and the early diadochi arrangements.
Müller 367 is a recognized variety within the Magnesia series. The mint's output from this precise window is relatively limited compared to the major Macedonian and Asian mints.
