正面描述 Helmeted head of Athena facing right, wearing a Corinthian helmet adorned with a prominent crested plume and featuring a coiled serpent on the bowl. The goddess's hair falls in carefully rendered curls and waves below the helmet rim, and her facial features are depicted in fine Hellenistic style with a well-modeled profile. The cheekpiece of the helmet is raised, revealing the goddess's face in three-quarter view. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with hand-struck Macedonian gold coinage of this period.

背面描述 Nike, the goddess of victory, standing left in flowing drapery, holding a wreath extended forward in her right hand and a stylis (naval standard) in her left hand. A trident head appears upright in the left field, serving as a mint control symbol. The monogram AY appears in the right field below Nike's wing. The legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the right margin of the field, identifying the coin as issued in the name of Alexander. The reverse type follows the standard Alexandrine stater format, with the field symbols identifying this as a Corinthian mint issue.
