Obverse description Stylized male head facing right, derived from the Macedonian stater prototype of Philip II, rendered in the distinctive La Tène Celtic artistic style. The hair is elaborately rendered as a dense mass of swirling, trumpet-shaped curls and abstract lenticular pellets radiating across the entire field, largely engulfing the facial features. The face, visible in the right portion of the flan, retains a schematized eye, a prominent curved nose, and a defined chin, while the surrounding decorative elements dissolve the classical prototype into fluid, curvilinear abstraction. The flat, irregular flan and broad fabric are characteristic of early Belgic gold coinage. No legend or inscription is present.

Reverse description A stylized horse galloping to the right, rendered in the abstract La Tène Celtic manner typical of early Belgic gold staters. The horse's body is depicted with a sinuous, elongated torso and exaggerated, disjointed limbs reduced to curved and pellet-tipped appendages. Above the horse's back floats a large detached arc or wheel-segment, while the field is populated with scattered abstract symbols including pellets, crescents, lenticular forms, and branching or triskele-like ornaments derived from a degraded charioteer or chariot group. A six-pointed star or radiate device appears to the upper right of the field. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, with no legend present.
