Obverse description Pegasus in flight to the left, depicted in a dynamic, naturalistic style characteristic of early Corinthian-type staters. The winged horse is shown with forelegs raised and wings outstretched, the body rendered with fine detail against a plain, flat field. The flan is broad and irregular, with a slightly worn surface consistent with circulation. No legend is present on this side.
