The forelimbs are extended forward in a dynamic galloping pose, conveying vigorous movement across the open field. Beneath the body of Pegasus, prominently placed in the lower field, appears the Corinthian civic symbol koppa (Ϙ), serving as the city's mint identifier. The design is executed in high relief with bold, sculptural modeling characteristic of early fourth-century Corinthian coinage.
