Obverse description Two nude male wrestlers engaged in combat, facing one another in profile, their bodies rendered in high relief with strong anatomical detail characteristic of Pisidian coinage. The figures grasp each other firmly at the arms and torso, their stances braced atop a ground line. Between them in the lower field, a small winged thunderbolt is depicted. The entire design is set within a beaded border.

Reverse description A nude male slinger stands in profile facing right, his body in a dynamic pose as he draws back his sling in preparation to release a bullet. In the right field, a triskeles is placed above a club and a cornucopiae, serving as civic emblems of Selge. The ethnic inscription ΣEΛΓEΩN appears in the field, identifying the issuing city. The design is executed in the bold, vigorous style typical of Pisidian civic coinage of the Hellenistic period.
