The winged horse is shown with forelegs extended and hindquarters in a dynamic rearing posture, conveying swift motion across the plain field. The bridle is visible at the head, a typical feature of Corinthian-type Pegasos coinage. No legend appears on this side; the design fills the flan with confident, robust die-cutting characteristic of northwest Greek minting of the mid-fourth century BC.
