| Obverse description | Pegasus in full flight to the left, rendered in vigorous relief with wings raised and forelegs extended. The musculature of the body is well articulated in the Corinthian tradition. A monogram, likely combining the letters AN as the civic identifier of Anaktorion, appears in the lower field beneath the creature. |

| Reverse description | Helmeted head of Athena facing left, wearing a Corinthian helmet pushed back on the crown of the head, with a prominent cheekpiece and bowl visible in profile. The goddess's facial features are rendered with fine detail, including a well-defined eye, lips, and chin. Behind the head, in the left field, a sprig of laurel or olive and an amphora-like symbol appear as subsidiary devices, characteristic of Akarnanian civic coinage. |
