Before him (to the right of the die) a counterclockwise triskeles occupies the field, a well-known Aspendian device. The letter K appears in the lower field, serving as a secondary control mark or magistrate's initial. The entire design is enclosed within a dotted border circle, and the city ethnic EΣTFEΔIIY (the archaic Pamphylian rendering of 'Aspendos') runs around the inner field.
