Obverse description Prow of a galley facing left, depicted in fine relief with detailed oar-banks and hull construction visible along the waterline. The prow features a prominent ram at the bow and a curved aplustre (stern ornament) rising dramatically above. The rendering reflects the Lycian maritime tradition and the city of Phaselis's strong seafaring identity. The flan is irregular, characteristic of hand-struck ancient coinage of the period.

Reverse description Prow of a galley facing left, shown with oar-banks and hull in relief, closely mirroring the obverse type. The Greek legend ΦΑΣΗΛ is inscribed to the right of the prow within the field, identifying the issuing city of Phaselis. The design reflects the city's prominent role as a Lycian maritime trading center during the Classical period. The coin is struck on an irregular flan with a granular silver surface typical of fourth-century BC Lycian issues.
