Obverse description Facing left, the youthful head of a female divinity — likely a local deity or nymph associated with Lampsakos — rendered in fine relief characteristic of fourth-century Greek die-cutting. The hair is elaborately dressed, drawn back and secured with a wreath or diadem, with loose curls falling along the neck. The facial features are delicately modeled, exhibiting the idealized style of the early Classical period. A beaded necklace is visible at the base of the neck. The field is plain, with no inscription.
