Obverse description Boeotian shield rendered in high relief at center, its characteristic cutouts at left and right flanks clearly delineated, set within a plain circular border. The convex boss of the shield dominates the field, exhibiting the distinctive shape emblematic of the Boeotian League coinage. The design is executed in the vigorous archaic-to-early classical hammered style, with no inscription or legend present on this face.
