The goddess's effigy is rendered in the early classical style, exhibiting refined modeling of the cheek and brow beneath the helmet's brim. The legend ΛΕΥ, an abbreviated ethnic for Leukas, is inscribed in the upper left field. An amphora, serving as a secondary symbol, is depicted in the right field behind the neck. The incuse square of the reverse die is fully absorbed into the design field.

附加信息	Leukas, the Corinthian colony planted on the island (technically a peninsula until a channel was cut) at the mouth of the Ambracian Gulf, struck its staters as part of a long Corinthian colonial tradition — sharing the Pegasos/Athena type with dozens of issuing authorities across the western Greek world. What distinguishes Leukas issues is the Λ control letter and specific subsidiary symbols, catalogued painstakingly by the BCD collection, which remains the primary reference for Akarnanian and epirote coinage after its 2008 Nomos auction dispersal.
