Reverse description Helmeted head of Athena facing left, wearing a Corinthian helmet pushed back on the head, rendered in fine late Classical style. To the left of the goddess's neck, the Greek letter alpha (A) appears as a secondary ethnic identifier. Behind Athena, in the field, an amphora and grape vine motif are depicted, referencing Leukas's local attributes and coinage traditions. The overall composition follows the standard Pegasos-Athena stater type common to the Akarnanian coinage series.
