The animal rests upon a ground line formed by a row of beads or dots, below which, in the exergue, a dolphin swims to the right. The Greek legend ΚΕΛΕΝ (an abbreviation of ΚΕΛΕΝΔΕΡΙΣ, the city's name) appears in the upper field above the goat, the letters incuse or in relief depending on die state.
