| Obverse description | Square flan struck by hammer technique, bearing a four-line Kufic-Maghribi Arabic religious inscription arranged in horizontal registers across the field. The legend reads the shahada and related phrases proclaiming divine unity and omnipotence. The inscription is bold and deeply struck, filling the entire flat field.
