At the crossing of the arms, a small quadrifoil rosette serves as the central ornament, its lobes clearly articulated. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, beyond which the devotional Latin legend runs continuously around the coin's periphery, punctuated by pellets and a decorative cross pattée stop. |
