| Opis awersu | Right-facing pearl-diademed bust of Theodosius I, depicted draped and cuirassed, the elaborate pearl diadem rendered with fine detail across the elaborately braided hair. The emperor's effigy is rendered in the late antique imperial style, with the paludamentum visible at the shoulder secured by a jewelled fibula, and the cuirass distinguished by incised musculature. The surrounding field is enclosed by a beaded border, and the Latin legend runs clockwise around the periphery of the flan. |

| Opis rewersu | Two enthroned emperors seated facing one another on a shared bench, the figure at right holding a mappa in his left hand, both together supporting a globe between them, symbolising joint imperial rule. Behind the seated figures stands a winged Victory with outspread wings, while a palm branch appears below. The left legs of both emperors are left bare, a convention of late antique imperial iconography. The mint signature appears in the exergue. |
