Obverse description Pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Honorius facing right, rendered in the refined late antique style typical of Theodosian-era solidi. The emperor's hair is elaborately coiffed in rows of tight curls, secured by a prominent pearl diadem. The paludamentum is fastened at the right shoulder, and the articulated cuirass with pteryges is clearly visible. The encircling legend reads D N HONORI-VS P F AVG, identifying the emperor with the titles Dominus Noster, Pius Felix, and Augustus.
