| Obverse description | Bare-headed, diademed bust of Crispus Caesar facing right, the diadem rendered as a simple fillet tied at the back with flowing ends visible at the nape. The portrait displays a youthful, idealized effigy with finely engraved hair swept back in parallel strands and a gaze directed slightly upward, a hallmark of the Constantinian dynastic portrait style. The neck is truncated at the base, and the field is plain. The coin is bordered by a beaded outer rim. |
