| Obverse description | Laureate and rosette-diademed bust of Constantine I (the Great) facing right, draped and cuirassed, depicted with the imperial attributes befitting his senior rank. The effigy presents a commanding profile portrait characteristic of late Constantinian coinage, with finely rendered drapery and cuirass details visible at the shoulder. The obverse legend is divided across both sides of the bust in the field. The portrait style reflects the idealized, elevated imperial imagery adopted by Constantine in his later reign. |

| Reverse description | Victory, winged and draped, seated right upon a captured cuirass and shield, inscribing with a stylus held in her right hand upon an oval votive shield balanced upon her left knee; in the lower right field, a winged Genius stands left, naked, supporting the shield from below with both arms raised. The composition is a rare and elaborate allegorical design commemorating Constantine's tricennalia vow inscriptions. The exergue bears the Nicomedia mint mark SMNM. The scene is framed by the reverse legend distributed around the upper periphery and flanking the figures. |
