Reverse description A winged, draped Victory strides left across the reverse field, bearing a large trophy over her right shoulder and a palm branch extending over her left. The composition conveys Roman martial triumph in the established Late Antique iconographic tradition. The reverse legend is divided on either side of the central device. The mint signature TR appears in the exergue, identifying the Treveri (Augusta Treverorum) workshop. The overall die work reflects the refined production standards of the western imperial mint at this period.
