Reverse description A winged Victory, draped, is depicted seated to the right upon a cuirass, holding before her a large round shield inscribed VOT/XXX, which is supported from below by a genius kneeling or standing in assistance. The composition emphasizes the votive celebration of Constantine's thirtieth anniversary of reign. A shield and additional military equipment appear in the field, reinforcing the martial and triumphal iconography. The encircling legend VICTORIA CONSTANTINI AVG proclaims the emperor's victory, while VOT/XXX in the field and the mint mark SIS in the exergue identify the denomination's purpose and place of striking.
