| Beschrijving keerzijde | A large, bold cross pattée occupies the central field, dividing it into four quarters, each containing a small crown. The cross is set within an inner beaded circle. The surrounding legend in Gothic uncial characters reads SIT nOmEn DnI BEnEDICTVm (Blessed be the name of the Lord), with a cross pattée at the top as a mark of punctuation. The outer border is beaded, and the rim is lobate and irregular, consistent with hand-hammered production typical of late 15th-century French billon coinage. |
