| Obverse description | Highly abstracted obverse derived from a classical Apollo head, rendered in the late Celtic geometric tradition. The design features back-to-back open crescents separated by two pellets, enclosed within a diamond-shaped border of fringed pellets. Surrounding this central motif are rows of pellets with thin attached lines, representing a stylised wreath reduced to purely schematic ornamental elements. The overall composition is characteristic of Icenian minor coinage, where figural prototypes have been entirely dissolved into abstract geometric forms. |

| Reverse description | A schematic horse shown in profile facing right, rendered in the distinctive Icenian 'stick' convention with a solid pellet head and dashes indicating the mane. A line extends from the chest to the nose, representing a rein. Above the horse appears a V-shaped decorative motif, while a single pellet is positioned in the field to the front of the horse and another pellet appears below. The entire design exemplifies the highly stylised, minimalist approach to the horse type characteristic of Icenian fractional silver coinage of the early first century AD. |
