Obverse description Stylised helmeted head facing left, rendered in the Celtic La Tène artistic tradition. The helmet is depicted with pronounced ribbed or crested detailing across the crown. Characteristic J-shaped and curvilinear locks of hair descend from beneath the helmet, a hallmark of the Newbury Head type. The facial features — eye, nose, and chin — are boldly but schematically rendered, with no inscription in the field.

Reverse description A stylised horse advances left, its body rendered with typical Celtic abstraction including a beaded or pellet-decorated neck and segmented limbs. The horse stands above a dotted exergual line. Above the horse, a prominent spiral or swirling solar motif is present in the upper field, interpreted as a sun symbol. Additional pellets and annulets are scattered throughout the field, consistent with the decorative vocabulary of Atrebatic coinage. No inscription is present.
