| Obverse description | A stylised boar depicted in profile facing right, rendered in the characteristic abstracted Celtic artistic tradition of the Corieltauvi. The animal's bristled dorsal ridge is prominently exaggerated with a series of raised spines, and its body is composed of fluid, curvilinear forms. A pellet-in-annulet motif appears to the right of the boar, with a further annulet visible to the lower left of the field. The flan is irregular and the die-work reflects the crude execution consistent with a contemporary counterfeit of the proto-boar unit type. |

| Reverse description | A highly stylised horse or equine figure depicted in a disjointed, abstracted Celtic manner, with the body and limbs reduced to curvilinear and geometric elements scattered across the field. A large pellet-in-annulet motif occupies the upper right of the field, with a second annulet visible in the lower field. Additional pellets and crescentic forms are distributed around the horse's fragmented anatomy. The overall composition reflects the degenerative die engraving typical of contemporary counterfeits produced by unofficial celators imitating Corieltauvi proto-boar unit coinage. |
