| 背面描述 | Central field bears the votive inscription VOT above V, arranged in two lines within a plain wreath tied at the base with a crossing band. The wreath, composed of laurel leaves, encloses the legend and is bordered by a beaded outer rim. In the exergue below the wreath appears the mint mark SMN, identifying the Nicomedia mint. A pellet or globule is visible at the apex of the wreath. The overall composition is typical of the late Roman siliqua votive type struck for Procopius during his brief usurpation. |
