| Obverse description | Bearded, diademed bust of the usurper Procopius facing right, draped and cuirassed, rendered in the late Roman imperial style. The effigy displays a short, curled beard and closely cropped hair beneath a pearl diadem, with the folds of the paludamentum visible at the shoulder. The encircling obverse legend reads D N PROCO-PIVS P F AVG, distributed across the field around the portrait. The flan is irregular and shows a chip at the upper right, characteristic of hammered silver coinage of this period. |

| Reverse description | Central field bears the votive inscription VOT above V, arranged in two lines within a plain wreath tied at the base with a crossing band. The wreath, composed of laurel leaves, encloses the legend and is bordered by a beaded outer rim. In the exergue below the wreath appears the mint mark SMN, identifying the Nicomedia mint. A pellet or globule is visible at the apex of the wreath. The overall composition is typical of the late Roman siliqua votive type struck for Procopius during his brief usurpation. |
