In her extended right hand she holds a small Victory standing on a globe, symbolising Rome's dominion over the world, while her left hand rests on a grounded, reversed spear. The composition is bold and hieratic, consistent with late Roman imperial iconography. The reverse legend VRBS ROMA arcs across the upper field, and the officina letter and mint mark appear in the exergue below the ground line. |
