Reverse description Eagle with head turned back, shown crouching or recumbent to left within a shallow incuse square, wings folded and feathers rendered in pellet style. A spear or javelin with a leaf-shaped blade is depicted diagonally above the eagle, pointing upper left. Partial Cypriot syllabic inscription appears in the lower exergue of the incuse field. The incuse square has a dotted inner border on the right side, characteristic of Cypriot coinage of this period.
