Reverse description Central field occupied by a two-line Arabic legend in bold thuluth script, enclosed within a cartouche framed by a pronounced dotted border running around the full circumference. The upper line reads 'Rasht' (the mint city), and the lower line reads 'Shahi' (the denomination). The script is deeply struck and vigorous, typical of provincial Qajar copper coinage, with the surrounding field left plain.
