Reverse description The goddess Fortuna Redux is depicted seated to the left on a throne or chair, draped in flowing robes, holding a long rudder resting on a globe in her extended left hand and a cornucopiae (horn of plenty) upright in her right hand. The composition conveys divine favour and the emperor's safe return. The senatorial authorization mark S·C (Senatus Consultum) appears prominently in the lower exergual field, flanking the throne base. The surrounding legend names the reverse type, with the entire design executed in the accomplished Trajanic workshop style.
