| Obverse description | Laureate head of Emperor Titus facing left, with a draped bust visible at the truncation, rendered in bold high relief characteristic of Flavian portraiture. The emperor's effigy displays the strongly modelled facial features typical of official Flavian coinage, with a wreath of laurel leaves encircling the head. The surrounding field carries the imperial titulature legend in Latin capitals arranged around the periphery. A beaded border frames the design. |
